Shanghai Trisun Parts Manufacture Co., Ltd is an advanced fluid seal designer and manufacturer. The corporate headquarters are in Shanghai Pudong Financial Center, and sales and branches are located in Guangzhou and Wenzhou. There are two production facilities, located in Shanghai Songjiang Industrial Zone, Wenzhou Ouhai Sanxi Industrial Zone, Wenzhou Industrial Zone facility has received both the ISO9001:2008 and ISO/TS16949:2009 Quality Management Certifications, and ROSH, CIT, NSF certifications. Songjiang Factory has passed API certification. Shanghai Songjiang Industrial Zone facility is where the R&D, Quality Inspection, and Logistic departments are located. The main products at these locations are high technology seals used in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and power industries. They include dry gas seal systems, agitator seals, cartridge seals, and metal bellows seals. These seals can directly replace John Crane and Burgmann products. Wenzhou Ouhai Sanxi Industrial Zone facility produces high precision single spring seals, PTFE lip seals, and automotive water pump impellers. These are supplied to the most prominent enterprises in the household appliance, food processing machinery, and automotive industries. Trisun has a strong R&D team, including a PhD supervisor and many PhD engineers in the field of fluid seal design. We can offer customers personalized product design and optimization services. Our company has 270 employees and 50,000 square meters production area. Trisun is able to produce at least 10,000,000 sets mechanical seals, 1,000,000 sets of auto water pump impellers, 200,000 sets of variable displacement control valves, and 20,000 sets of metal bellows seals and cartridge seals annually.
