This set of machine consists of lead-edge feeding unit, printing unit, slotting unit, and die-cutting unit. It is suitable for the 2mm-10mm thickness corrugated board. Printing, creasing, slotting, die cutting and corner cutting can be finished in one time. The machine frame wall is made of cast iron, and the thickness is 50mm. It is processed by CNC machine.

Unit moving is drive by motor. It moves slowly, and it is safe for workers. The motor have clutch, which avoid motor’s damage.

 Adopt expansion lock device for connecting shaft and gears.

Adopt pneumatic locking, button control, easy to operate.

Adopt automatic lubrication oil system.

When units separate, the pneumatic locking makes gears keep motionless. Users don’t need to adjust the phase again after units moving.

 There are oil collecting box between units, which avoid oil to drop on floor, and also can recycle the oil.

The machine has sheet clean memory and return to Zero function.

We adopt high grade diaphragm pump, high precision analog roller and exclusive motor in the ink system. Users can adjust the flow of the ink, and ensure the suitable ink on the printing roller.

 If the ink is motionless, it is easy to run dry, fade and get bad printing performance.  We adopt electrical separation, pneumatic locking, and ink cycling system to keep the ink running while stop printing. It avoids above matters.

 Printing unit and slotting unit adopt planetary gear transmission system. With high grade motor and sensor controlling, the precision can be within ±0.1mm.
