The production line of plastic single-wall corrugated pipe, which is elaborately developed by our company, is cooled by gear transmission module, template string water, and the product is air-cooled, making the produced corrugated pipe have fast forming speed, uniform corrugated shape, consistent joint and smooth inner and outer walls, it is especially suitable for wiring harness of high-end cars.

We have two kinds of forming machine. One is callled medium speed, the speed is around 4-10m/min;

 Another type is called high speed, speed is around 15-25m/min.
