2.The bottom paper is automatically fed by suction, which can be automatically tracked according to the speed of manual feeding of the paper.

3.The position is set before the new concept, the positioning accuracy is high, the bottom paper is never advanced; the amount of front paper is adjustable.

4.The whole machine adopts a touch screen/PLC control system, the circuit system runs stably, and can automatically display fault alarms.

5.The glue contains borax and caustic soda, which causes the glue to dry very quickly, and glue has a thin layer, so it dries very quickly.

6.Fully automatic glue replenishment system, which can automatically replenish the amount of glue lost during the lamination process, and cooperate with glue recycling to avoid glue loss and waste.

9.Floating movable press, to ensure that the corrugated paper will not be squashed after laminating, while ensuring that the cardboard is flat and straight.

10.The cleaning water source adopts independent water tank to control the water circulation method, which is clean and not easy to accumulate glue.

11.The roller pressure is adjusted unilaterally. When changing the bottom paper specification, you only need to roll it unilaterally to the required scale. There is no need to test the pressure of each roller. The adjustment is convenient and quick.
