1.       Machine adopts suction lead edge feeding.

2.       There are four Doctor blade systems with ceramic rollers, best inking. perfect spot print.

3.       Precision linear guides horizontal displacement system is equipped with slotting unit.

4.       Electrical components, transmission bearings, pneumatic control components etc. Are all in accordant with the good national standard.

5.       Each Unit has pneumatic lock function after getting together. When cancel the lock, the main motor can’t run and when the main motor is running, we can’t cancel the lock. During the canceling of the lock, each gear keeps the formal running position. Front and back machine has Stop buttons, can stop the whole machine in emergency situation.

6.       Each unit has return zero function, which is easy for shifting orders. Try to send two boards to adjust to the proper size, can save much waste.

7.       The machine memory can remember 9999 orders.

8.       All the electric parts has safe guard, all the power line are electricity by transformer, safe and reliable.

9.       All rollers are processed with balance solution.

10.    The ink boxes are made of casting iron.
