II. 具体配置 Detailed configuration
1. 送纸部：独立免压前缘，不损伤纸板； 电动延伸 (纸板最大延长900*2400）变频风机，变频电机。
Feeder part: Independent free pressure lead edge feeder, will not damage the cardboard flute and surface; automatic stretch(paperboard maximum extension is 900*2400) Frequency converter fan and motor.
2..送纸前缘部，前缘为免压 前缘送纸轮为6排轮，进纸轴为排轴（防止纸板横线部分打滑），配送除尘，气动拍齐，手动同时升降，自动分体，一键式调整机， 除胶轮外，前沿保三年。
Automatic lead edge feeder is free pressure type, feeding 6 wheels in rows, feeding shafts in rows can avoid the sheets sliding in feeding, except the rubber wheels, this feeder has 3 years warranty.
3.印刷部：为了换版方便，采用版辊双挂板
In order to change plate easily,use roller double hanging plate
4. 开槽部： 电动排刀, 开槽刀箱高及左右横移全部电动调整。
Slotter part: Electrical slotter knives adjustment in carton height and left right movement.
开槽组配置为：6轴电动排刀，5刀盘10根丝杠，电动横移，开槽部分电脑控制，一分钟换一次单。换单精度1毫米以内。
Slotter unit configuration: 6shafts electrical slotting knives movement, 5 slotting knives, 10pcs lead screw, electrical transverse movement, computerized control, order changing time 1minute, precision within 1mm.
5.网纹辊直径190mm,网线搭配目（可根据客户需求，如印满版用海力辊，效果更佳）。
Anilox roller diameter Ф190mm, mesh LPI as customer need (If print complete sheet with color, use Haili brand anilox roller, can reach better printing effect).
6.匀墨胶辊直径140mm。本机配2组刮刀 胶轴和网纹单相分离，印出效果更好
Ink distribution rubber roller diameter Ф140mm.,the machine equipped 2 sets scraper,rubber shaft and anilox shaft single phase separation,better printing effect.

8.所有传动轴为钢管制成 每组带油孔，使机器润滑效果更好
All the transmission shafts are made of steel pipe,each part with oil hole,making better lubrication effects.
9.本机回墨斗为不锈钢材质，下回墨管直径40mm以防止堵塞
The returned ink tank is stainless steel material, down ink refill pipe diameter is 40mm to avoid blocking.
10.本机所有传动齿轮为40烙磨齿制成，且轴头连接为涨紧套连接（涨紧套浙江产）
