1. The whole machine is welded with square pipe and middle plate, so the machine is stable and does not shake during operation.

2. The whole machine adopts chain drive, stable operation and low noise.

3. Main motor, paste head motor and cross out motor adopt Taiwan Delta production gear reducer. Middle motor, lift motor and rubber shaft motor adopt Hangzhou Xiaoshan Zhenyu turbine box reducer, draught fan adopts Zhejiang Walde centrifugal fan, the power of the whole machine is 2.5KW, it provides energy saving at running.

4. The glue paste head is made of Fujian cooper paste head, the glue wheel is made of stainless steel, and the glue box is made of high polymer wear resistant material.

5. The whole machine adopts Tianjin Kaixing climbing belt to transmit paper, which is firm and durable without slipping.

6. The work table rises and falls automatically, reducing workers’ labor intensity and improving work efficiency.

7. All transmission shafts are plated for treatment so as to ensure surface hardness and brightness.

8. The electrical applicances adopt Zhengtai electrical applicances and Omron optoelectronics to guarantee the service life.

9. The bearing adopts Zhejiang Wanxiang bearing with seat and has long service life. 

10. The machine has manual feed, automatic gluing and automatic correction. Automatic output is easy to operate and easy to change orders.

11. Appearance using high hardness metal paint and electrostatic spraying technology.

1．Payment terms: 30% paid for deposit by T/T before production arranged, the balance to be paid before shipment by T/T.

2．Delivery time: 10-15 days after receiving deposit.

3．Packing: Plastic packing/wooden box

Warranty period: From the machine leave the factory to twelve months, such as if the machine failure was caused by the seller, seller has responsibility to repair (appliances and tools are not included); if the failure of the reason is due to the buyer's improper operation or not workers under normal circumstances caused by maintenance, the costs pay by the buyer. 

 After the goods arrive in the buyer’s factory, the needed for lifting and installation process moves generated pay by the buyer.  

Foundation engineering, power supply, electrical switches, power strips, with junction box to the motor and control operation of the machine, testing with ink and paper etc pay by the buyer.
