Cationic Polyacrylamide Emulsion

Application：

As a flocculating agent, mainly used in industrial solid-liquid separation process, including settlement, to clarify,concentrate and sludge dewatering processes. Applications for all the major sectors are: Urban Sewage Treatment, Paper, Food Processing, Petrochemical,Metallurgical Processing, Dyeing and the Sugar and all kinds of industrial wastewater treatment.

And it can be used in Petrochemical as Friction Reducer of Slickwater Fracturing Fluid,as Thickener of Cross-linked Featuring Fluid .

1. In the paper industry can be used as dry strength agents, retention agent, filter aid. They can be greatly improved as paper quality, enhance the physical strength of paper and reduce the loss of fiber, can also be used in the treatment of white water at the same time, in the deinking process can play a significant flocculation.

In the mining,coal mining industry can be used for waste water, coal washing waste water clarifier.

2. It can be used for dyeing wastewater, leather wastewater, oily wastewater treatment, so that turbidity removal, decolorization, to achieve the emission standards.

3. For the tap water in the river water treatment plant flocculant

Suitable methods:

1. The concentration of this series product ranges from 0.1% to 0.2 % and the precise amount is based upon the experiment.

2. The dissolutionof this series product should follow the principle of “quickly stirs resulted in distribution and slow stirs in dissolution”. Specifically, first, stir quickly to make emulsion disperse uniformly in water to prevent clumping;second, stir slowly to make macro-molecular exit through emulsion and survive intact, in case that the quick stir causes fragments of molecular chains and thus decreases molecular weight.

3. A membrane pumpor screw pump will be suitable for delivering the aqueous of this series product.

Notices:

1. The operator should wear protective articles to prevent the rich liquor from touching the skin; it should be flushed with a large excess of water in case of touch.

2. Avoid spilling.In case of spilling, it should be removed timely to prevent the slipping.

3. This product should be stored in a dry and cool environment. And the storage life of emulsion is no more than 6 months under the temperature of 10 to 300C;use up as soon as possible after opening.
