1, Q:How many pcs of products do 1ML edible ink can print ?    A: for 1ML edible ink can printed around 100~150 images, it's very according to the image size.   2,Q:How about the warranty?  do the print head under warranty?    A: Provide warranty for one year, but not including the consumbles. the printing head is belong to consumbles. 3,Q:Do your edible ink safe for eating ?   A: Our factory for edible ink prodcution has obtain the food production licience, ISO22000. it's prodcued following the food prodcution standardd we choose the main raw material according to the worldwide food production require. so it's safe,  health and regulary compliance. 4,Q:Do your edible ink has the halal certificate?    A: Now we do not have, if need we can apply the Halal certificate . there is no content which is forbidden for halal products in the edible ink .
5,Q:what's the production cycle ?   A: the production cycle is around 70~90 days, that's vary according to the order size and real production plan. 6,Q:Is there any require about the machine operator ?   A: it's better for the operator who has some knowledge about the computer . Because the printer it's equiped with computer.   7,Q:Do the machine has any certificate ?   A: We are applying the CE certificate already.
