Belt feeder slitter scorer machine
Main Features:
1.Can set the qty. of paperboard, automatic stop the feeding after finishing.
2.Auto suction paper feeding, assured the safety of workers and decreased the working load.
3.Suitable to a large scale paperboard machining.
4.Three types of blade adjusted methods by manual / electric /automatic for optional .
5.Slitting part: adopt high quality tungsten steel blade, sharp and long work life, slice more tidy, non-pressing and non-burr.
6.Adopt 8 shafts design, two shafts in front and back of the slitter, can minimize the length of paperboard to 260mm for small paper.
7. 8 shafts with front-scoring feeding,back double rubber rollers for paper leading, running more steady.
8.Scoring part: adopt 5 points scoring, scoring distance in-phase adjust, blazonry and easy to bend the carton sheet.
9.Grinding part: adopt automatic and manual two kinds pneumatic grinding type for option, it could be grinding when working, improved work efficiency.
