Introduction to the die cutter with slotting attachment：

u Independent engine drive controlled by KEB servo system from Germany to ensure the die cutting precision.

u Surface speed compensation system, this system can ensure rubber anvil cylinder running at the exact same speed with the die cylinder when the rubber anvil cylinder's diameter becomes smaller after long time using.

u Die cylinder shifts axially (±42mm) when running so that the cutting knives cuts different position every time on the rubber anvil,which can reduce the damage for the rubber anvil.

u A turning tool on the die cutter can repair the rubber anvil which is damaged after long time using.

u The die cutting phase is controlled by PLC (both in running and stop )and can be stored in the computer.

u Self-locking and fast move of feeding wheels, no need to fix it with screws.

u The die cutting unit has not only the functions of die cutting，but also four slotting rings are installed on the die roller to make standard boxes.

u The creaser in the die cutting unit is adjusted by computer.

Function introduction of slotting attachment:

1、In addition to the standard preparation of the main function of circular die cutting, plus four sets of steel tool die frame. Easy to disassemble and assemble, easy to adjust.

2、The whole set of tool carrier is made of 45 # steel and is manufactured by using the molding process.

3、There are one chamfering tool rest and three slotting tool rest respectively. The tool rest is two-open and easy to assemble and disassemble.

Introduction of creaser function on die cutting unit:

  1、The pre-creaser wheel and the forming wheel are connected by a linkage wallboard, are guided by a linear guide rail, run stably, and have the same pre-creaser forming position. Creaser position is automatically adjusted, and the computer arranges the sheets in one time, with accurate position.

  2、pre-creaser wheel: both upper and lower parts are ultra-wide large circular arc rollers, effectively destroying the corrugated board inside, without damage or crack.

  3、Forming wheel： 

The forming top wheel is designed as flat wheel, and the surface is fixed by Taiwan youli rubber through side gland, which is convenient for disassembly and replacement.

The effect of the wheel is greatly improved, reducing the reject rate of automatic or semi-automatic nail box and adhesive box.           

    Forming lower wheel copy cutting plate shape design, straight line, no zigzag line.
