1. 概述 General Introduction

SCST-241型甲烷化催化剂用于将天然气、焦炉气、煤制气等合成气中CO、CO₂和H₂转化为CH₄的过程，主要用于深度净化，使气体中CO+CO₂≤10ppm。经改性后，也适用于以煤、焦炉气为原料合成CNG、LNG等装置，转化率达99.9999%以上。

Methanation catalyst SCST-241 is mainly suitable for synthesis ammonia or hydrogen producing plant to convert the low concentration of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide in the hydrogen-enriched feed gas to methane and water. The conversion rate is above 99.9999%.

主要反应如下：the main reactions are as following:

CO+3H₂ = CH₄+H₂O+206.2 kJ/mol

CO₂+4H₂ = CH₄+2H₂O+165 kJ/mol

1) 还原时间短，22小时可以串气，节约还原时间，降低能耗；

Shorter reduction time and saving energy and the material gas can enter after 22 hours ;

2) 耐高压、高空速，在32Mpa压力下运行空速可以到达15000^-1；

Resistance to high pressure, high space velocity: The space velocity can reach 15000h^-1 at 32MPa;

3) 新型助剂添加，转化率高、低温活性好，出口一般低于5ppm；

With the new auxiliaries addition, it has a high conversion and high activity at low temperature. the outlet usualy is less than 5ppm;

4) 本体不含物理水、体积收缩率低，还原后强度下降率低；

No physical water, lower volume shrinkage and lower strength reduction rate after reduction.
