Our factory is the first wall material manufacturer in Hebei Province to achieve industrial, standardized and batch production of EPS modules for construction. The company was founded in 2014, covering a total area of 71720 square meters, with 26 energy-saving EPS module production lines, an annual output of 1000000 cubic meters of EPS modules for construction, 1 chief engineer and 8 full-time engineers and technicians.

Product introduction:
Introduction to the energy saving system of EPS module cast-in-place concrete composite wall structure construction: the EPS(expandable polystyrene) cavity module produced by the factory is combined into a cavity module wall by building block staggered joint, in which steel bars are set up and concrete is poured; the inner and outer surfaces are plastered with granule paste to protect alkali-resistant fiberglass mesh cloth to form a surface protective layer, thus forming a concrete composite wall with internal and external thermal insulation.

4. The effect of building energy saving is good. EPS module density can reach 30kg/m 3, thermal conductivity less than 0.033 watts / square meter, equivalent to the thermal insulation effect of 3.2m thick brick wall, effectively reduce carbon emissions throughout the life cycle of the building, is a veritable low-carbon building. 
5. The construction speed is fast. The construction is simple, and the construction process is like building blocks, saving time, labor and labor. A 100 square meter building can be built in 15 days, and the technical requirements for the construction personnel are not high. 
6. The construction cost is low. It has the advantages of less labor, less loss of building materials and so on.

Technical advantages: 
1. The cavity module has a variety of shapes, in accordance with the building modulus 3M, is surrounded by a plug-in groove, and the inner and outer surfaces are uniformly distributed dovetail grooves, which have the advantages of uniform fusion, high compression strength, stable technical index and accurate geometric size (maximum negative error 0.2mm).
2.The cavity module is organically combined with the building insulation board to realize the integration of heat preservation and structure.
