1、概述General Introduction

SCST-401型甲醇水蒸气重整制氢催化剂主要用于甲醇和水发生重整、变换反应，生成H₂、CO₂、极少量的CO和CH₄和甲醚，已应用于炼油、冶金、医药、染料、气体、玻璃等需求氢气行业的数百套制氢装置。

Methanol steam reforming catalyst SCST-401 is mainly used in the reforming and cracking reaction between Methanol and steam to convert into H₂, CO₂ and little CO and CH₄, from which can get needed product--H_2. It is used in hundreds of hydrogen plants in different industries, such as refinery, pharmaceutical and metallurgy.

CH₃OH+H₂O=CO₂+3H₂       +49.5 kJ/mol

CH₃OH=CO+2H₂               +90.7 kJ/mol

CO+H₂O=CO₂+H₂              +41.19kJ/mol

1) 单程转化率高，水洗塔浓度初期为0，末期小于5%；

High single-pass conversion rate: the initial methanol in washing tower is 0 and at end is less than 5%;

2) 反应温度低，节约能耗，节约导热油的热量和延长导热油寿命；

Lower reaction temperature and saving the quantity of oil and extending the oil life;

3) 副反应少，不易结蜡，出口气中甲烷、甲醚、一氧化碳含量更低；

Less side-reaction, not easy to produce wax, lower of methane, methyl ether and carbon monoxide in the out gas;

4) 强度高，抗水性能好，不易粉化，运行阻力低；

High strength, good water resistance, uneasy to powder and low running resistance.
