Level 1 - Calcium Sulfite Balls (30g)

Level 2 & 3 - KDF 55 Media (50g)
1.They are used in conjunction with activated carbon beads. KDF water filter media extend the life of  activated carbon balls while protecting the carbon bed against fouling by bacterial growth. They will enhance the performance, extend the life, reduce the maintenance and lower the total cost of many available carbon-based systems.
2. We can explain redox (oxidation reduction process) like this: KDF Fluid Treatment's unique combination of copper and zinc creates an electro-chemical reaction. During this reaction, electrons are transferred between molecules, and new elements are created. Some harmful contaminants are changed into harmless components. Free chlorine, for instance, is changed into benign, water-soluble chloride, which is then carried harmlessly through the water supply. Similarly, some heavy metals such as copper, lead, mercury and others, react to plate out onto the medium's surface, thus being effectively removed from the water supply.
3. KDF Process Media help control microorganisms by creating an environment that's deadly to some microorganisms and that interferes with the ability of many other microorganisms to function. Either way, the use of KDF Process Media results in the total elimination of some contaminants and a great reduction of a wide variety of others.

Level 4 - Activated Carbon Balls (30g)
Making activated carbon into a spherical shape can achieve a larger surface area. It's the massive surface area that allows active carbon filters to be very effective in adsorbing (essentially removing) contaminants and other substances. When the water flows through active carbon filters the chemicals stick to the carbon resulting in purer water output.
Different from the chemical reaction of kdf, this is a physical adsorption, which can be used in conjunction with kdf to achieve complementary effects.

1.How long is your delivery time?
Generally it will take 7 work days if the goods are in stock. Otherwise it would take 12-22 days for delivering after the deposit and design files are received, additionally it will also depend on the quantity orderd.

2.Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra ?
Absolutely! Sometimes samples could be free but the freight cost is not.

3.Can I visit your factory? Can your factory arrange transportation for me?

The Factory is located at Safe Valley of China, High-Tech Zone, Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, which will take about 2 hours by train from Nanjing city to our factory; We can arrange for our driver to pick you up from your hotel when you arrived in Xuzhou City.

Our factory can laser print the customer’s logo on the product with permission from customers. Customers need to provide us a logo usage authorization letter to allow us to print the customer’s logo on the products.
