Brief

RT series bogie-hearth resistance furnace is national standard energy-saving heat treatment furnace, mainly used for large-scale and large quantities metal casing, forging, steel and pipeline parts for quenching, tempering, annealing and normalizing., etc.

Structure

This furnace consist of furnace shell, furnace linings ,furnace door, furnace door hoisting appliance, heating element, bogie and driving mechanism and electrical control system, etc. The bogie can be designed tilting.

6.Each electric box is equipped with several pieces of instrument and automatic observer which can provide the controlling of the furnace temperature, automatic recording, over temperature automatic power-off protection and so on.
