The continuous conveyor mesh belt furnace is heat treatment production line, is primarily used for quenching, tempering and carburizing of heat treating small bulk parts. Such as standard parts and hardware, bolts and nuts, small pressed parts, punched parts, castings and forged parts.,ect

Structure

This continuous conveyor mesh belt furnace production line mainly consist of feeding machine, quenching furnace, elevator, quenching tank, washing machine, dryers, tempering furnace and electric control system, etc.

Advantages

1.Internal conveyor belt, wherever possible; this results in energy savings by eliminating the need for energy to heat up the belt repeatedly; less wear on the belt through uniform temperature ad use of stored heat; long belt life;

5.Integrated pre-wash with dephosphatizing and intermediate washing technique, preferably, with centrifuge washers. It is also possible to use spiral washers, continuous washers or washers in combination;

6.Quench and cooling equipment for all customary media, with removal of the parts via conveyor belts;
