Product Description
The main body of the product is EPDM membrane, with the self-adhesive layer composited by butyl rubber being main raw material. The membrane reacts chemically with the cast-in-situ concrete or cement paste and makes the membrane closely integrates with the concrete as a whole to form a permanent waterproof layer, effectively solving the problem of water channeling.
Characteristics
Skin-like Waterproof ：The membrane reacts chemically with the cast-in-situ concrete, which integrates closely to form a permanent waterproof layer, thus bringing the "water channeling" is under control despite local membrane perforates or damages.
Strong Cohesive Force：The strength of the membrane-concrete bonding reaches up to 0.9MPa or above, equivalent to the head pressure of 98 m and far beyond the pressure of groundwater.
Excellent Fitting Ability to Concrete Cracks：Once there are cracks on the concrete, the membrane extends along with the cracks, thereby the outer waterproof will not be destroyed.
Superior Elongation :The tear resistance is up to 35N at room temperature.
High Tensile Strength :The breaking elongation is above 8Mpa.
Good Durability：In accordance with detection, testing and theoretical calculations, the service life of the roof reaches up to 80 years, and even over 100 years in underground engineering.
