CF805N full-feeding tracked combined harvester is designed and manufactured by Changfa Agricultural Equipement Co.,Ltd.The machine has high reliability and low loss ratio, reaching to the standard of international first-class harvesters. With excellent performance and high working efficiency for large field,CF805N is the multifunctional Ace model for harvesting rice,wheat,and rape.
In order to meet the requirements for harvesting high-yielding crops and working in high speed, a Changfa-brand vertical water-cooled four-stroke turbo-charged engine with 100 horsepower is used in the machine. The engine has high reserve capacity,low fuel consumption,and high reliability. Thus CF805N can get stronger power and a better harvesting efficiency while working.
The threshing and cleaning systems have been totally optimized. The length of threshing drum increases 170mm, 10% longer than other products, which increases the threshing stroke and time. As a result, the weeds and grains can be separated thoroughly, and the machine can get a more excellent threshing performance, higher cleaning degree, and lower loss ratio.
The total acreage of vibrating sieve is 1.24㎡, 10% bigger than other products. This bigger sieve coopeartes with newly designed air duct, lowing the loss ratio and impurity rate.
CF805N has a large grain tank of 1.5m3, which is 30%～50% larger than similar products in the market, greatly saving time of unloading and improving working efficiency. Besides, the tank can be opened by rotating ,which is conventient for maintenance.
CF805N adopts extended rotary-type unloading tube,which significantly improves unloading efficiency. All grain in full tank can be unloaded in less than 2 minutes, which is 50% faster than other products.
