-------Wire mesh for filtering liquid and gas defoaming mesh

Knitted mesh is also named of Gas-Liquid Filter Mesh, it is made of either crochet or knitting of various wire materials including stainless steel, copper, synthetic fiber and other materials.

Weaving: the knit fabric hangs up a plait, knitted into a tubular form, and then flattened into continuous lengths and rolled up for packaging. 

Materials: Stainless steel wire 304, 304L, 321, 316, 316L; PE, PP, PTFE, copper wire, titanium wire, Monel wire, galvanized wire etc.

Wire diameter:  0.10mm-0.55mm(commonly used is 0.20mm to 0.28mm)

Width: 18”, 24”, 30”,36”, 42” etc. 

Application: The products are widely used to vibration & shock absorption, air & liquid filtration, noise suppression, gasket & sealing ,heat transfer & insulation, separating gas from liquid, oil from water, defoaming in oil industry etc. They are suitable for petroleum, chemicals, industries, medicine, metallurgy, machinery, shipbuilding, automobile, tractor industries such as distillation, evaporation, filtration process, to remove entrained in the steam or gas and liquid droplets in the foam, and used as automobile and tractor air filter.
