Range of use: jelly,Meat and meat products(except raw and fresh meat)and jam

Method of use: Blending the GA1 and a small quantity of sugar until the powder is no agglomeration. And then put it into cold water slowly. Use the high-shear emulsifier or colloid mill heating it and make it dissolve absolutely.

Dosage: 0.5%-0.6%  

Storage requirement: Keep it in dark, dry and cool place

Notes: 1. Don’t add other thickening agent while using this product, otherwise the quality may be affected;

2. Once open the package, must be finished as soon as possible, otherwise need exhaust and sealing to the surplus product;

3. When you first time to use this product, please do small test to make sure you take the right operation and get the good effect.
