The machine adopts positive traction operation. The machine has a symmetrical longitudinal axis, good running stability, easy towing, flexible turning, and can adapt to work on small blocks and irregular lands.
The straw is always picked up from the picking up to the formation side to make the material move along the longitudinal axis within the machine. The material transportation and baling process is reasonable. The reciprocating weeding feeder is reliable, and it is helpful to increase the reciprocating frequency of the piston and increase the production capacity. The extra-long bale chamber ensures a uniform shape and density of bales, up to 30kg per bale.
The key component knotter is imported from Germany. The knotting is efficient and the bulk bale rate is low. The knotter shaft adopts a large shaft diameter of 35mm to ensure the high reliability of corn straw baling.
The machine is equipped with three insurance mechanisms. When the workload is too large, the machine will automatically cut off the safety bolts to ensure the overall performance of the machine.
There are two kinds of screens for matching, reducing the amount of soil in the bale.
