We provide a wide variety of pistons for mud pump applications, including bonded, urethane, rubber, and replaceable rubber or urethane inserts.

REPLACEABLE RUBBER PISTONS
KERUI
replaceable pistons are made with nitrile rubber or polyurethane and the
piston’s maximum pressure capability is due to this oil, water, and
heat resistant material. These pistons are fully interchangeable with
most other manufacturers.
KERUI
pistons are highly resistant to extrusion wear under the highest pump pressures. Replaceable piston offers maximum resistance to bending and hoop stresses generated by cylinder loads and rod fits, a benefit of their premium forged alloy steel bodies. Rated for all drilling operations up to 5000psi. Available sizes range from 3” through 7 1/2”

BONDED TRIPLEX URETHANE PISTONS
KERUI’s bonded urethane pistons is designed for resistance to extrusions and abrasions. And with water cooling, it will provide optimum performance in oil base mud and high drilling pressures.
