Frame Screen Panel
Main features of frame screens as follows:
1) These products are constructed with two or three layers of 304 or 316 stainless steel wire cloth, a steel backing plate, and a frame by means of bonding. Because of different mesh count and hole size, get better filtering effect.
2) The high-strength steel or composite material frame, supporting bar at the bottom bonded with the properly tensioned screen cloth, significantly increased the durability and filtering effectiveness. Mesh count is available from 20 to 325. The whole cloth is divided into independent small surfaces to isolating the screen failures special rubber plugs are available to repair the screen in order to save the time of screen replacement, consequently increase the efficiency and reduce the cost.
