Resin anchoring agent has the characteristics of quick curing at room temperature, high bonding strength, reliable anchoring forceand good durability, especially suitable for rapid mechanized construction

Scope of application: underground engineering and slope, steep wall shotcrete-bolt support, mine shaft equipment installation and roadway anchor net support, building component connection, equipment foundation anchorage, etc.

Method of application

1、Application scope of resin anchoring agent: underground coal mines, not suitable for severe seepage rock sections and soft soil support.

2、No oil stains on the surface of the resin anchoring agent and in the anchor holes. Wipe clean with cloth,paper shell etc before using in case of oil stains.

3、According to the design requirements, select the specifications and models of the resin anchoring agent and the drilling diameter.

4、Determine the drilling depth according to the length of the anchor rod required by the design. The drilling depth is 80-100mm shorter than the full length of the rod body, 360-380mm shorter than the stranded lead body.

5、Use special tools to clean up floating dust or stagnant water.

6According to the length of the designed anchoring agent, use the rod to send the selected anchoring agent into the bottom of the hole.(When the two-speed anchor is installed, the ultra-fast end points inwards.) Start the stirrer to whirl and push the rod body to the bottom of the hole at a constant speed. Super fast 10-15 seconds; fast 15-20 seconds; medium speed 20-30 seconds. 

7、After removing the stirrer, do not displace or shake the rod before curing. 

8、It’s advisable to test the anchoring force after 5 minutes of super fast CKa, 10 minutes of CKb, 15 minutes of fast, and 30 minutes of medium speed.

9、According to the dynamic conditions of the site, the mixing installation tool can be air-actuated rock bolt mixer or electric coal drill, and the rock bolt rig is used for operation. The drilling and installation of the bolt are operated by the same machine, which is more convenient.
