Conveyor System:

• 
  The spray equipment is fixed on the solid steel frame and conveying system is equipped with an imported PE belt, which is anti-static, wear resistant, easy to replace and easy to clean. 

• Conveyor belt cleaning system is divided into two separate parts. The first stage is conveyor belt surface mechanical scraping (paint recovery system). The second stage is to soak the conveyor belt and clean the surface. Then wipe drying and air drying.

• The paint from the surface of conveyor belt is automatically recovered to the collection box. If the paint is chemically recoverable, it can be full recycled.

• Precise design and operational guidelines for cleaning system minimize the daily use of solvents. 

• Transmission speed is adjusted by frequency conversion, suitable for different speed coating requirements.

Spray Gun Device:

• The spray gun support is adopted in two ways, with the preset 2+2 spray gun system, and spray gun can be used to spray paint work on every angels of work-piece. Spray gun is Japanese Anest Iwata.
  

• Spraying driving device is precisely driven by Taiwan Delta servo motor, to ensure precise positioning of spray paint.
  

• Taiwan Delta programmable logic controller, PLC, setting at the machine’s entrance photoelectric scanning system. It can accurately transmit the signal of work-piece to PLC program controller. Then control the spraying range of spray gun, save paint consumption.
  

• Operator can set the spraying parameters through touch screen control system. It’s simple and convenient touch control. Meanwhile the working state of the machine is displayed on the screen. So it’s more easy to understand the running process of the machine.
  

• The design of oil tubing circuit ensures pressure in the nozzle is stable and paint flow is regulated by the regulating valve.
  

• The air intake double filter ensures clean air. Filter of exhaust pipe ensures the paint aerosol caused by spray is filtered out. 
  

• The oil supply system is supplied by corresponding diaphragm pump or pressure tank to provide a steady flow of paint, making painting job smoother and paint film more full.
