1.Product introduction
FTSW series oil-free air compressor is designed for special fields such as medicine, food, laboratory and special process requirements. The main structure adopts single screw compressor, adopts pure drinking water for lubrication and cooling, and is equipped with high-performance water filter, so as to provide clean compressed air for special production process.
The shell and screw rotor are made of 304 stainless steel and the sealing materials are imported from Germany, so as to ensure the best sealing and Meshing Effect of the rotor, improve the volumetric efficiency and prolong the service life
The high-performance bearing adopts independent seal, so as to ensure complete isolation from the compression chamber, avoid air pollution in the compression chamber, and avoid the influence of water vapor and vacuum pressure in the compression chamber on the bearing, so as to greatly improve the reliability of the compressor
The water separation and water softening system imported from Germany ensures the best lubrication, sealing, noise reduction and cooling functions. The microcomputer operation control and protection system of the compressor automatically controls the consumption of water and electricity according to the needs of the system to save energy.
The compressor and motor are directly driven by coupling. The separator and all pipelines are made of stainless steel. The structure of the whole machine is simple, and it can be used after connecting water and electricity.
The volume flow is the maximum volume flow that the compressor can produce under the specified working conditions.
