Application
This machine is widely used for packing powders and fine granules in pharmaceutical, food, and health-care product industries, such as coffee, milk powder, solid drink, protein powder, probiotics powder, collagen powder, lactoferrin powder, meal replacement powder, shake powder, etc.
It can realize automatic measuring, bag forming, filling, sealing, cutting, counting, etc., and meet customer's personalized packaging requirements such as nitrogen gas flushing, dust exhausting, cooling, link bag, cartoning, etc.
Feature
1. Adopt full servo motor driving system: sealing, film pulling and cutting, each process is controlled by one separated servo motor for precise actions and high-speed, the maximum packing speed can be up to 100 bags per minute.
2. Panasonic PLC with color touch screen, quick and convenient adjustment of relevant production parameters.
3. Super long auger extends to the bag bottom to aviod rising powder and assure tight sealing; incised from whole block of SS304, no welding part for accurate measuring and longer life-span; quick and easy to assemble and disassemble to enable easy cleanning at any time.
4. New fully-closed feeding structure, which adopts the movable auger feeding system, makes the measurement more accurate, and no leakage when machine is running.
5. Patented sealing system, L-shape sealing design can realize vertical sealing and horizontal sealing synchronously, greatly reduce sealing time and improve packaging speed.
6. Servo motor driven sealing part can make sure sealing pattern uniform and clear, sealing area flat and beautiful, no leakage or wrinkle for good air tightness.
7. External cutter allows quick, convenient and safe adjustment of cutting position while the machine keeps running, no need to stop the machine.
8. Double cutters can achieve chain bag (link bag) function, greatly reduce labor intensity in cartoning work and assure accurate bags in each carton.
