Q1: Are you factory or trading company?
A: We are factory and we have the license to export directly, our factory open from 1992. Tshirt and polo our strong item.
Q2: How can we get sample from you to check the quality before order?
A: Just kindly inform us your design details, and we will offer sample as your specification, or you can send us samples and we make a counter sample for you.
Sample is free with available fabric，if make same fabric and right design, there will be sample charges.
Q3: What about your delivery time? Can we receive our goods on time？
A: Usually 40-45 days after order is confirmed. Exact delivery time depends on order quality quantity. During the whole process, we'll update you which production status accordingly, ensure the quality and ship out on time is our goal.
Q4: Is the MOQ must be 1000 pieces?
A: In general, the MOQ needs to be over 1000 pcs. However, if qyt less we also can do but the unit price will be a little higher. we can do sample for you first to check the quality before place order.
Q5: Is the price negotiable?
A: Yes, the price is negotiable. But the prices we give is based on the cost and it is quite reasonable, we can give discounts, but not much. And the prices also have great relationship with the order quantity and material.
