Series 26/32 natural gas engines are high-power natural gas engines with independent intellectual property rights launched by Jichai to meet the demand of national energy conservation and emission reduction projects, such as long distance pipeline compressor driving power, offshore drilling platform power, large gas-fired power station and distributed energy.It has high pressure, high power, high efficiency, low discharge, green, environmental protection and other characteristics.The engine's gas consumption rate is 8500kJ/kW·h, and its thermal efficiency is higher than 44%. Its power performance, economy and reliability have reached the international advanced level.

1.Precise control (INTERNATIONAL: 2.1-2.3, Aid: 2.05) to achieve rarefied combustion;
2.High efficiency (international: 42-45%; current test thermal efficiency: 44%), safety (explosion-proof devices, double-wall gas pipe and oil mist detector are installed in each system);
3.High supercharging, strong MILLER, low emission;
4.Detonation control technology and detonation pressure monitoring (or combustion temperature in cylinder);
5.Port Injection engine management system;
6.Optimization control of air intake and air intake time between the main combustion chamber and the pre-combustion chamber;

CNPC Jichai power company limited is located in the economic development zone of the Jinan city, Shandong province. The company was founded in 1920 and is the only internal combustion engine manufacturing enterprise belonging to CNPC . In 1965, Jichai successfully developed 12V190 high power diesel engine, which filled in gaps of national oil drilling power. In 1988, Jichai produced the first high power gas engine of China.Over 50 years, 190 series diesel engine has occupied more than 90% market share of oil-drilling power, and made a great contribution to national oil industry.

 

The main business of Jichai is R&D and manufacture of medium and high-power internal combustion engines, compressor and relative power equipment. At domestic advanced level in the same industry. Jichai products are widely used in oil drilling, marine power, power stations, locomotives and military products, etc. At present, Jichai has formed with multi-bore diameter engine products (140mm, 175mm, 190mm, 260mm and 270mm) with medium and high speed to cover the power range of 200~9000kW to meet the customers’ power requirements in different fields.

 

Jichai product are distributed all over country oil and gas field and 32 provinces and regions, have been exported to over 60 countries and forming a diversified market structure.
