Series 3000 land-used diesel engine is a new generation diesel engine developed by Jichai to meet the demand of the developing petroleum industry and improve the advanced and reliability of our country's drilling equipment.This diesel engine is developed on the basis of 6000 series diesel engines, absorbing foreign advanced structure and technology, and its dynamic and economic indexes have been greatly improved, and its main performance indexes have reached or approached the international advanced level.  Series 3000 land-used diesel engine can meet the demand for power of mechanical drilling rigs and electric drilling rigs of 4000 to 7000 meters.Can be installed in the same chassis with the torque converter, coupling set, used to drive drilling rigs or mud pumps.It can also be used to match the power station composed of single and double supporting generators and the power of fire pump and flood pump.

CNPC Jichai power company limited is located in the economic development zone of the Jinan city, Shandong province. The company was founded in 1920 and is the only internal combustion engine manufacturing enterprise belonging to CNPC . In 1965, Jichai successfully developed 12V190 high power diesel engine, which filled in gaps of national oil drilling power. In 1988, Jichai produced the first high power gas engine of China.Over 50 years, 190 series diesel engine has occupied more than 90% market share of oil-drilling power, and made a great contribution to national oil industry.

 

The main business of Jichai is R&D and manufacture of medium and high-power internal combustion engines, compressor and relative power equipment. At domestic advanced level in the same industry. Jichai products are widely used in oil drilling, marine power, power stations, locomotives and military products, etc. At present, Jichai has formed with multi-bore diameter engine products (140mm, 175mm, 190mm, 260mm and 270mm) with medium and high speed to cover the power range of 200~9000kW to meet the customers’ power requirements in different fields.

 

Jichai product are distributed all over country oil and gas field and 32 provinces and regions, have been exported to over 60 countries and forming a diversified market structure. Jichai has a national-level enterprise technology center, 55 national and industry standard marking rights, and 98 national patents, Jichai is the top 500 machinery manufacturing enterprises in China, and has won the National Quality Management Award, National Customer Satisfaction Enterprise, passed the ISO9001 quality management system, HSE management system and been regarded as 3A class enterprise by CAQ. Jichai products also passed the EU safety certification, and the certification of BV, RS etc.
