1.Material surface temperature below 4oC or over 40oC.

2.Paint Surface ,maybe due to paint peeling or cracking lead to adhesive failure.

3.Dew or wet surfaces, continuous soaking place or wet places throughout the years.

4.All materials that ooze grease, plasticizers or solvents, and vulcanized or partially Vulcanized rubber lining tapes without airtight places
