HLM vertical roller mill has high-efficiency and energy-saving, this compact milling machine is integrated several functions simultaneously: grinding and drying, accurately classifying, and conveying materials. The fineness of the product ranges from coarse to fine. The mill adopts round grinding disc, tire-shaped grinding roller, integral roller sleeve, and grinding roller to individually pressurize, and the roller can be lifted or turned out of the mill for ease of maintenance and long service life time. The powder classifier using dynamic and static separator with adjustable speed. 

Working Principle

The main motor drives the grinding disc to rotate through the reducer. At the same time, the wind enters the mill from the air inlet. The material falls on the grinding disc through the discharge port of the screw feeder. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material moves evenly from the grinding disc to the edge and passes through the powder on the grinding disc. When grinding the roller track area, it is crushed by the grinding rollers, and the large pieces of materials are directly crushed, and the fine-grained materials are squeezed to form a bed for inter-particle crushing.

The crushed materials continue to move to the edge of the grinding disc until they are taken away by the strong air flow at the wind ring, and the larger particulate materials fall back to the grinding disc and continue to be crushed. When the materials in the air flow pass through the upper separator, they are separated Under the action of the blade, the coarse particles return to the grinding disc for grinding, and the qualified fine powder is discharged out of the mill along with the airflow and collected by the powder collector of the system. The collected powder is the product of the ultra-fine vertical mill. When the iron and other sundries mixed into the material move to the edge of the grinding disc with the material, they cannot be blown up by the wind due to their own weight. They fall to the lower cavity of the grinding machine and are scraped into the slag discharge port by the scraper installed at the bottom of the grinding disc.
