Technical characteristics
1. With advanced glove production technology and process layout, and above 99% of the product passing rate.
2. With special flock dipping technology, the gloves are easy and comfortabld to wear, good absorption of perspiration, warm and durable.
3. Driven by only one main electric motor. Solved such problems as much dragging, not easy to run in synch, much breakdown and difficult maintenance etc.
4. Vertical hot wind circulation is adopted in drying oven. It saves near 20% of the energy compared with the other types of hot wind circulation.
5. Automatic beading, automatic adjusting, PU beading roller with long service life.
6. Roller long brush cleaning technology to wash the fingers of the mould.
