Hubei Sitong Special Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. is a special purpose vehicle manufacturer jointly established by construction vehicle department of Hubei Aerospace Shuanglong Special Purpose Vehicle Co., Ltd. And concrete mixer department of Hubei Dali Special Purpose Vehicle Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in February 2017. Located in Suizhou Citywhich enjoys the reputation of "capital of special purpose vehicles in China", The company obtained the special vehicle production qualification from the Ministry of industry and information technology of the people's Republic of China in April 2018, with announcement Code: STD with 21 million yuanregistered capital. It mainly produces special vehicles for concrete material transportation, oilfield equipment, emergency equipment and sanitation. The company covers an area of more than 60000 square meters and a plant of more than 20000 square meters.

Based on the advanced production management experience of two major concrete mixer manufacturers in the capital of special purpose vehicles in China, the company has newly purchased more than 300 sets of advanced manufacturing equipment including CNC plate shearing machine, bending machine, underwater plasma cutting machine, edge spinning machine, automatic welding machine, special welding machine for mixing tank body, hydraulic forming machine, forging machine, large tank body forming and rolling machine, submerged arc welding machine, X-ray flaw detection machine, shot blasting equipment, paint baking room, paint spraying room and other equipment.

The company has 12 design and development engineers including 10 with college degree or above and 4 senior engineers. More than 20 sets of product R & D equipment are equipped to meet the design needs of various special vehicles.

With the convenient chassis resources in Suizhou city,  8x4 dry mixed mortar transport vehicle has been applying for two national patent projects to fill the gap of similar products in China. It is expected to produce and sell 500 sets per year. At the same time, the company cooperates with China Hengtian Group Hubei xinchufeng Automobile Co., Ltd. to develop and promote a series of special vehicle products that meet the needs of the market aiming to provide best product and services to people and society .
