1. Properties

This product is trivalent chromium passivation process, has passed SGS international certification.

It is used in blue and white passivation process of zinc plating and has excellent corrosion resistance.

Simple operation, good stability, low consumption and low cost.

It has a long service cycle, and it is better to use the subsequent washing tank liquid backflow.

The passivation film is transparent and uniform in color.

This product has excellent resistance to white rust, when the thickness of zinc layer is more than 5um, the neutral salt spray test time can be more than 72 hours, and the use of sealing agent can also improve the salt spray test time.

Zinc plating → Washing with water → Brighten with dilute nitric acid → Washing with water → TR-295H→ Washing with cool water → Washing with hot deionized water → drying
