1. Formula and quality for raw materials

Formula for Shide profiles is developed from existing formula of Europeans. The technique is mature and reliable. We only adopt renowned raw materials supplier in its industry, to guarantee the quality for every single piece of profile.

We have inbound raw materials test center, to test every batch of raw materials before bulk production.

2. Production Facility

All of our mixing equipment are German Reimelt. Extruders are German Krauss Maffei and Austrian Cincinnati. Dies are from Austrian Greiner and Chinese Tongling dies, the best in China.

3.Production and quality control

blending contains: raw material adding– weighing- hot blending - cold blending - dry blending

extruding contains: raw materials – extruding - shaping - coding- pulling - cutting -packing- stocking

all procedures strictly follow relevant rules and are testified by ISO 9001
