Hydrogen-generating devices with ammonia decomposition

Ⅰ.Working Principle

Hydrogen-generating devices with ammonia decomposition adopts the liquid ammonia as raw material. Liquid ammonia, after being preheating, enter into decomposition furnace under a certain temperature and the role of the catalyst and is decomposed into the mixture of 75% hydrogen and nitrogen 25%, the mixture,  passing the heat exchanger and cooler, enter dryer with UOP zeolite molecular sieve as adsorbent. Residual ammonia and water can be effectively removed after the mixture is purified.

Ⅱ.Equipment characteristic
1.Reliable performance, long service life
Core parts of the furnace use high temperature and corrosion resistance 0Cr25Ni20 stainless steel seamless pipe to ensure that the high temperature and strong corrosive environment has a longer life, heating elements use nickel-chromium alloy which has excellent mechanical properties in high temperature to ensure the entire system has the service life.
2.Less water and electricity consumption
Ammonia decomposition equipment does not require water in process, effectively saving water, through the use of decomposition gas to  preheat ammonia to achieve the purpose of saving electricity
3.Use of a wide range
The equipment can meet the needs of most of the use of hydrogen, especially in the metal heat treatment, powder metallurgy, electronics and other leading areas which have been widely used.
4.Low operating costs:

Low investment, cheap liquid ammonia raw materials, low energy consumption, high efficiency, low operating costs, nitrogen and nitrogen mixed atmosphere is the most economical source of mixed atmosphere.
