Operating Procedure:

l  Consignment Acceptance：The shipper full fill the Air Cargo Booking Note, we accept the Consignment according to airlines capacity

l  Booking ：We arrange bookings with airline and apply for transportation and reserve for

space.

l  Goods Preparation: According to the booking confirmation details, we timely notify the shipper to prepare the goods and documents.

l  Pickup:  Inspect the goods include weight、Size、Quantity etc and pickup the goods.

l  Preparation of Documents&Custom Clearance:Prepare the full documents of Packing list、Invoice、Custom Clearance Form、Air Waybill and arrange Custom Clearance

l  Handover to the Airline:  Handover the goods to the airline along with the original Air Waybill, Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Quality, etc. The airline checks all documents and goods and signs on the delivery form.

l  Send Pre-alert: After Flight departure,we send Pre-alert to overseas agent with Flight details, Air waybill of loading, Name of Commodity, Quantity, Consignee etc.
