Dongchun K11 Generic waterproof coating is a polymer-modified cement-based waterproof material. Powder composed of high-quality cement, quartz sand and additives, mixed with polymer emulsion in proportion. It can penetrate into the interior of the substrate and form crystals, blocking the passage of water from all directions. It is a green and environmentally friendly product.
Dongchun K11 Flexible waterproof coating is a cement-based waterproof material modified by acrylic polymer. It is a two-component product, which is composed of powder prepared by high-grade cement and imported additives, and then mixed with acrylic polymer emulsion. After the powder is mixed with the acrylic polymer, a chemical reaction takes place to form a tough elastic waterproof membrane. The membrane has good adhesion to concrete and mortar, and can form a tight and firm permanent bond with it, preventing the penetration of water, and is a water-based environmental protection product.
Dongchun K11 Cement-based waterproof coating has strong elasticity and anti-cracking function, which can slow down the expansion of the micro-cracks of the substrate to the finishing layer. At the same time, it has a significant waterproof effect and can withstand certain loads and deformations.
