PR/T series is a pneumatic actuator with piston fork structure, which adopts modular design. 

The middle box has several specifications, and the cylinder or hydraulic cylinder can be installed on one side or on both sides. 

Under the condition of emergency cut-off, a spring reset module can be installed on one side of the box. 

The parts of modular design have the characteristics of replaceable, warehousing and so on. 

PR/T series pneumatic actuators can be used for ball valves, butterfly valves, plug valves and their 90-degree rotating mechanisms. 

Main features 

>High strength, compact design

The all-climate protective center box module is made of carbon steel or ductile iron to ensure adequate strength. Piston and drive fork provide the best torque output characteristics.

>High waterproof protection level

O-rings are installed in boxes, covers, etc. to prevent moisture from entering the pneumatic actuator. The overall protection level reaches IP67.

>Wear resistance

The combination of piston rod and guide rod with self-lubricating bearing guarantees excellent wear resistance and prolongs the service life of all sliding parts.

>Corrosion protection

BR/T series pneumatic actuators are electrostatically sprayed to meet the requirements of petrochemical and chemical industries. The cylinder inner surface is plated with upsetting, branding or PTFE coating to increase wear and corrosion resistance. Colors can be customized.

>Modular design

The BR/T series pneumatic actuator consists of several modules, namely, drive, cylinder, spring and side attachments, which are easy to disassemble, replace and stabilize during installation.

>Safety spring module design

To ensure the safety of installation and maintenance, the spring module can only be moved from the pneumatic actuator as a whole along the axis of the cylinder module to avoid the harm of spring force to people and pneumatic actuator.
