This conversion requires high linearity and repeatability. The traditional feedback connecting mechanism adopts the way of rocker arm connecting rod (sine or tangent mechanism), which has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, but large linear error and poor repeatability. when used in long-stroke cylinder, the rocker arm connecting rod will be very long. affect installation and use. 

"New Generation feedback Transmission Mechanism" 

FC series feedback action converter is a new generation feedback transmission mechanism, which is composed of angle DC converter and cam plate. Cylinder action outputs linear stroke, which drives the cam plate to move in a straight line. A special diagonal slot is designed on the cam plate. According to the oblique slot of the cam plate, the angle straight converter converts the linear stroke into angular displacement and outputs a 90-degree angle. Its advantage is that it can effectively improve the error caused by feedback transmission and make the long-stroke pneumatic actuator more accurate, reliable and compact. When applied to long-stroke cylinders, it only needs to lengthen the cam plate, and the transverse size will not become larger.
