Suitable for preparing FBE, insulation and other industrial powder coatings. The chemical modified product can improve the heat release, improve the Tg of FBE curing film more than 160℃, and with the curing agent HB410 can pass 85℃30 days cathodic stripping test, 140℃ high pressure water boiling test for 90 days, and shows the excellent chemical resistance, cathodic stripping resistance, high adhesion, anti-corrosion and excellent electrical insulation performance.

【Addition and processing】

XINJIA6868 should be dry mixed with resins, hardeners, pigments and other raw materials in a high-speed mixer and then extruded.

According to our experience, the service life of this product is at least one year from the date of production. If the time limit is exceeded, re-test the instrument to determine whether it can be used.
