HB68 MATT CURING AGENT

Slow gloss curing agent HB68 is a salt of organic polycaroxilic acid with a cyclic amidine. HB68 for epoxy resin and epoxy polyester hybrid powder coatings is used to achieve coatings with matt surface having excellent mechanic quality and wonderful reappearance.

【Notice】

The HB68 compatibility with resin is not well for its high melting point, to avoid this fault it is necessary to distribute them or to make the curing temperature at a higher level.

In the case of epoxy polyester hybrid powder coatings, the polyester used should be low acidity. Before achieving the ideal gloss and multiple characteristics tests are needed

【Curing Condition】

180℃   20-25  minutes          190℃   10-12   minutes,

200℃    8-10   minutes (Metal Temperature)

【Packaging】

Packing with PE lined kraft paper bag. Net weight 25 Kg per bag

【Storage】

The storage period could last a rather long time when it is kept inside the sealed container. Do seal the container again after taking some from it.

It is non-flammable and no toxicity is known. Follow usual hygiene practice when handling.
