Recommended eating method

① Cut the jellyfish and wash the salt with water

② Place the jellyfish in clear water (the ratio of jellyfish to water is 1:10) for more than 6 hours, and change the water for 6 times during the period until there is no salty or astringent taste.

③ Rinse the jellyfish with purified water and drain it.
