Mold Plates

-All mold plates using 4Cr13 steel, the surface hardness of the plates is more than HRC32 degrees. So can effectively reduce the mold surface corrosion and small injuries, and ensure the mold efficiency.

 Parts

-All main parts of the mold are made of high-strength S136 steel imported from Sweden. The hardness of the part after processing is up to HRC52 degrees to ensure the service life of the mold.

-The cavity waterway adopts a spiral independent structure to ensure a fast molding cycle.

-Improved part processing process, the whole taper and its plane are processed by precision grinding machine, the parts have a longer service life.

 Runner

-The design of each set of hot runners should be analyzed by professional software to get the best thermal balance layout.

-According to different applications, we will provide better injection shear force, reduce the pressure drop to get a better molding cycle.

-More uniform temperature of the hot runners, the temperature difference between the melt channel is ≤3℃, the molding consistency of the product is good.

-Electrical components and key parts of hot channels are imported from Germany or Canada.
