PVC Processing Aid CM-85 【 100% Replace CPE135A 】


CM-85 is a design alternative based on CPE135A performance defects. It is a high-performance material developed by nano-polymerization compound technology. CM-85 is an interpenetrating network copolymer(IPN) with the structure of CPE grafted polyacrylate, its main function is to enhance the impact strength of PVC finished products under low temperature and to promote the fusion property of PVC blend. It has balance impact strength and toughness which endow it better performance than other general type impact modifiers.

Firstly Put PVC Resin into mixer, Second is CM-85, then put other materials into mixer. In this way, it will be fully fusion in the particle gap of PVC Resin and got the best toughness property.
