Characteristics:

1. The crown surface of the bits is long cast surface covered by double-row cutters so that it can increase the stability when the bit is drilling in a high speed. The bit is suitable for abrasive formation.

2. The stress on the shoulder part is complex and the wear is serious.so the local strengthening design is adopted to maximize the equivalent density of the PDC cutters and enhance the wear resistance. 

3. The bit is designed as 3 blades which has wide flow pass and the ability to prevent the bits from balling. The blades are designed as asymmetric ones to eliminate unbalanced force and reduce the damage to cutters.

4. The gauge surface is designed as spiral to increase the density of the teeth and reduce the length of effective gauge diameter. The design can increase the gauge area, reduce the torque and promote the bit's life. Meanwhile, it can make the bits control the nozzles better. The long gauge surface is inset/inlaid by double-row PDC cutter gauge teeth to enhance the abrasion resistance and gauge effect. It can also increase the stability of the bits.
