Established in Dec. 2013, Huangshan Zhongze New Material Co., Ltd. specialized in manufacturing polyurethane resins for making gravure/flexo/water-based inks of flexible packaging. Zhongze integrates R&D, production, sales and services all together. With for now overall production capacity of 10,000 tons per year. The company brought in internationally advanced automation equipment and technologies, and has established perennial cooperation with top universities in China. The company is currently in the implementation of 50,000 tons of environmental-friendly high polymer resin project, and it is planed to be put into production at the end of 2022. 

The polyurethane resins Zhongze produced are with quite good performance, with the characteristics of non-toxic and eco-friendly, and are also characterized by printing adaptability, strong adhesion and superior properties in leveling, gloss and solvent release. The quality of products is not inferior to those famous brands, like Wanhua, Arakawa, Comens etc, and even in the leading position both at home and abroad.

Currently the company’s technical team accounts for 28% of all staffs, which means we are a creative enterprise with stong backup of techical support and service. The company pocesses a number of invention patents and utility model patents. To improve product quality and ensure stability, the company has been equipped with advanced advanced detection devices and experimental facilities.

Zhongze was awarded as “National High-tech Enterprise” and “Huangshan City Occupational Health Model Enterprise”since 2016, and acquired “National Safety Standardization Level 3 Enterprise” and “Anhui Province Specialized, Fined, Peculiar, New Enterprise” since 2017.
