Main features

1. Burning fire curtain，afire curtain with a thickness of about 100mm is designed in the secondary combustion chamber. The harmful flue gas generated in the primary combustion will completely burn through the fire curtain area above 1000℃ to remove harmful substances.

2. The furnace temperature is high. The primary combustion chamber and secondary combustion chamber are equipped with refractory insulation materials, which can effectively raise the temperature of the furnace and promote the flue gas burnout.

3. Harmless emission of flue gas，flue gas is purified treatment, no black smoke, no peculiar smell, no large particle dust. The primary combustion chamber of the incinerator is larger, which is not conducive to the dust particles floating after the combustion of the treated matter, and the harmful components in the flue gas are completely burned out. The secondary combustion chamber is equipped with a rotary flue, a small amount of fly ash in the flue gas is removed under the action of centrifugal force, and harmless emission is realized.

4. Automatic combustion, easy to adjust. The burning time can be adjusted according to the nature and quantity of the processing material, and the manual and automatic conversion can be realized quickly and the working efficiency can be improved.

5. The push-pull furnace bed is designed for convenient putting of pet corpses and ashes.

6. The fire nozzle is adjustable，for cremation of animal bodies of different sizes, the burner can be adjusted up and down by 25cm, To ensure that the flame is more fully covered over the pet carcass, Save fuel and shorten cremation time.

7. The independent air intake system is adopted to automatically input air into the furnace chamber.
